Abstract

From 5 aspects:the establishment of a sound quality management system,strengthening infrastructure construction,development of voluntary blood donation,strengthening the services and staff training,the paper explored the promotion role and effectiveness of establishment of quality management system and continuous improvement in raising the blood bank service,aimed to provide reference and guidance for others.
