Abstract
Objective To study the effect of gene silencing Her-2 on SKOV3/siRNA cells by animal experiment. Methods Cells of SKOV3/siRNA and SKOV3 were transplanted subcutaneously in NOD-SCID mice respectively, observed volume of the two tumor, killed mice after 3 monthes and weighed the tumor,RT-PCR was used to assess the effect of Silencing Her-2.Results tumorigenesis of SKOV3/siRNA cell lines in NOD-SCID mice decreased significantly. Conclusion Silencing of Her-2 by RNAi can inhibit tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer with animal experiment and may become a new approach of ovarian cancer therapy.
