Abstract
Objective:to compare the antibacterial effect of nano-silver base antibacterial and nano-TiO2 antibacterial. Method:Fourkinds of antibacterial were selected .Their Minimal Bactericidal concentration (MBC) against Candida albicans was determined by Liquid Dilution method. Result:The MBC of two kinds of nano-silver base antibacterial is 40 mg/mL .When the concentration is 20 mg/mL,the number of bacterial of one kind of nano-TiO2 antibacterial is considerably less than that of the control group. While the other is 40 mg/mL.Conclusion:Nano-silver base antibacterial and nano-TiO2 antibacterial both have fine antibacterial effect against Candida albicans, and the effect of nano-silver base antibacterial is better than nano-TiO2 antibacterial.
