Abstract

Objective:To explore the antibacterial activity on candida albicans of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents, and to evaluate the possibility of the Antibacterial Agents' application to dental material.Method:The antibacterial activity on Candida albicans of different concentration Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents was determined in vitro. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the Antibacterial Agents was observed in artificial oral environment.Result:The Minimal Bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents to Candida albicans was 3.42 mg/mL,and there were a significant inhibitory function of Nano-Silver Base Inorganic Antibacterial Agents on the attachment of candida albicans on resin material blocks in artificial oral environment. Conclusion:It is possible that Nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agents can be used in dental antibacterial materials.
