Abstract
Objective To Compare with the antibacterial activities of three types of nano-silver based inorganic antibacterial agents on oral pathogens. Methods Effects of GKJ-R、Conval PAg-40、TiO2/Ag,three types of nano-silver base inorganic antibacterial agents on oral pathogens were tested. The oral pathogens selected were Streptococcus mutans (ATCC140),Lactobacillus (ATCC393),Actinomyces viscosus (ATCCl9246),Candida Albicans (ATCC25261). Minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) was determined by Liquid dilution method. Results Nano-silver based inorganic antibacterial agents had good bactericidal activities against Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacillus, Actinomyces viscosus and Candida Albicans. The general antibacterial activity of the three types had no significant differenes. Conclusion The study will provided for nano-silver based inorganic antibacterial agents applied to dental antibacterial material domain.
