Abstract
Guo Songtao was a famous politician and diplomat in chinease later history,he was also a well-known scholar in later Qing Dynasty.People pay more and more attention to his political ideology and diplomatic ideology,but his academic Ideology is nearly neglected.This article attempt to make a tentative analysis to this subject.
