Educational Development Targets: Students,Teachers,and Schools

Society is developing and education should act accordingly;the school is the social unit cell for education.Therefore,school development is the basis for educational development.The object of school education is the student.In this respect,student development is the most important;the core of school education is the curriculum.However,teachers play the dominant role in the implementation of curriculum.For this reason the teacher development is the premise and guarantee for student development.Priority should be given to the construction of the school-based curriculum as well as the teaching and research system in the school development,providing a sound base for the development of both the students and the teachers.
