The effective way of teacher education——teacher development school

Abstract

Teacher development schools is a new type of schools based on elementary and secondary schools,aiming at promoting the teachers' specialized development.It draws on Professional Development School's theory and practice in the United States.The establishment of teacher development school has realistic significances in innovation of teachers education,cultivation of modern teachers and promotion of integrated teacher education.
