Abstract
This paper studies supercritical CO2 fluid extraction extracting maize yellow powder of maize yellow pigment,on the basis of single factor experiment,select extraction temperature,extraction pressure,CO2 flow as the key factor,with pigment yield response value,through the response surface analysis,maize yellow pigment extract the best process parameters is identified,that is for 42 ℃ extraction temperature,extraction pressure for 30 MPa,CO2 flow for 27 L/h,extraction time for 180 min,the yield of maize yellow pigment for 184 μg/g.
