A Study on the Institution of Higher Education Accreditation in China

Abstract

This passage holds the view that, in the appraisement system of Chinese university, an organization which is on the side of the public and unbiasedly appraises universities- the institution of higher education accreditation is urgently needed in addition to governmental appraisement, social appraisement and self-appraisement. Firstly, it enumerates the principles, which the institution of higher education accreditation must follow. Then it elaborates the points needed to pay attention to in the course of the construction and perfection of the institution of higher education accreditation. In the end, it advances the main approaches of the construction and perfection of the institution of higher education accreditation.
