Abstract

Institution of higher education accreditation serves as a bridge between higher education and government. It plays an important role in the realization of school\|running autonomy in universities and formation of a system guaranteeing the quality of education. Advantages of developed countries (United States, Britain and France) in higher education accreditation could be taken as to establish a higher education accreditation council made up of representatives both from government and academy.
