The traditional charity organizations of china had undergone a significant transformation in modern times.The right way to evaluate the charity organizations is not only to analyze the concrete and temporary effect,but also to discuss their many-sided social influence.Taking Beijing area as an example,this paper compares roughly the positive and the passive effect of the charity organizations from the sides of the relief methods,the relief objects,and the management of the charity organizations and so on.
