Charity Career: The Comparison of Difference between America and China and the Enlightenment

The differences of charity career of America and China are mainly listed in the following three aspects. Firstly, the origin of charity culture of America and China is fraternity and kindheartedness respectively: the charity thought of American Christianity lays more emphasis on instinct,has the property of democracy and is exoteric,but the Chinese Confucianism pays more attention to moral education,has strong political composition and is close. Secondly, the management mode of charity of America, civilian dominance differs in that of China, government leading. In the first place,the registration of charity organization of America has the characteristics of easy procedures,loose conditions and various forms,but the registration of charity organization of China adopts the dual management system. On the second place,the tax management system of America is mature but that of China is not enough mature. In the third place,America adopts the supervision system of various supervision modes,but China adopts the supervision system of many supervision subjects,most of which are administrative supervision. In terms of the growth of charity organization, compared to the mature charity organization of America,the charity organization of China is a little puerile and feeble. The charity organization of America has a large of quantity,a wide range of spices,high degree of specialization and high social credibility,but the charity organization of China has less quantity,a small range of spices,low degree of specialization and low social credibility. Therefore,the only route which the charity career of China must pass is to cultivate charity culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics positively,to accelerate to promote the innovation of management system and to make efforts to create a favorable environment helpful to the development of charity organization.
