Promoting the Rural Women to be Members of Villagers' Committee:Modes,Questions and Countermeasures

In order to solve the problem that the proportion of the rural women in villagers' committee is somewhat low,many places had made great effort and endeavor to explore the problem from different angels,and a batch of unique practical patterns have emerged and are distinguished mutually by two important dimensions like the action subject and the intervention measure.From the effect of practice,these patterns have some problems in the two dimensions.To overcome them,we can reform and perfect it through governing by network,policy innovation,developing by organization and free participation and so on.
