Abstract
The method for determination of lactic in rat serum was developed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) with ultraviolet detector.Protein in serum samples was precipitated by perchloric acid solution, and Eclipse plus C18 column was used with 5% methanol-water solution containing 0.2% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was 210nm,quantified by external standard method.Lactic had good linear in the range of 4.88×10-3—5g·L-1(r=0.9999),and the detection limit was 1.5×10-3g·L-1.The method is fast, sensitive with good precision.
