A Study of Village Surplus Labor Shift from the Rural Tourism Perspective

The job of promoting the effective transfer of rural surplus labor plays an important role in solving the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers and building socialist new countryside.From perspective of rural tourism,this paper attempts to analyze the value realization and system environment of such types of tourism in promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor.We should do this actively and effectively in the following three aspects:education of farmers,consciousness and ability in participating in tourism development,safeguard of farmers` interests and regulation construction of farmers` participation.
