Countryside, Agriculture and Farmers Problems and Ways and Policies of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer

This paper analyses the display and causes of the problems concerning the countryside, agriculture and peasants, explores the ways in solving these problems by transferring the rural surplus labor locally or transregionally or by exporting them to foreign countries, and proposes the policy of speeding up the transferring rural surplus labor by unifying rural-urban, bringing forth new systems and technical training.
