Research on the Farmer Work Problem and Rural Tourism Development under the Influences of Financial Crisis

The existing problems in the transfer mode of surplus rural labor force that peasant workers entered cities to work were analyzed.It was put forward that the active and effective ways of transferring the rural surplus labor force for developing the rural tourism were to make full use of resources,change the industrial structure of agriculture,absorb the rural surplus labor force and solve the problem of peasant workers.And some active countermeasures for developing the rural tourism were put forward.
