Abstract
Objective:To explore the molecular and cellular mechanism of SBYHF in ameliorating renal fibrosis through observing the effect of proliferation and expression of COL-IV and CTGF in Rat Glomerular Mesangial Cells. Methods:The proliferation of Rat GMC fostered in SBYHF was detected by CCK-8,the COL-IV secretion was detected by ELISA,and the CTGF was detected by Real Time PCR. Results:SBYHF significantly inhibited GMC proliferation(P0.01) and decreased the expression of COL-IV and CTGF (P0.01). Conclusion:SBYHF may through reduces the COL-IV secretion and down-regulated the expression of CTGF to inhibit the proliferation of Rat Glomerular Mesangial Cells. This may be the mechanism of SBYHF in ameliorating renal fibrosis.
