Value of platelet indexes detection in the patients with pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of platelet indexes detection in the patients with pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 69patients with pancreatitis in our hospital were selected as observation group,69healthy people were the control group,then the platelet parameters and activity indexes of two groups were compared,and the detection results of patients with mild,moderate,severe and critical pancreatitis were also compared.Results:The platelet parameters and activity indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and the detection results of patients with critical pancreatitis were all higher than those of patients with mild,moderate and severe pancreatitis,the detection results of patients with evere pancreatitis were all higher than those of patients with mild and moderate pancreatitis(Pall0.05).Conclusion:Increased platelet indexes in the patients with pancreatitis indicate that those indexes plays active role in understanding the severity of pancreatitis.
