Abstract

The essence of knowledge service means the service based on knowledge,it is the advanced phase of the information service based on resource building.This paper opens out differences and contacts between information service and knowledge service through expatiating on intensions of information and knowledge,discusses principles of knowledge service in library,and presents countermeasures on applying knowledge service in library.
