Observation of curative effect of using combined Chiense and Western medicine in treatment of pulmonary heart failure patients

Objective To explore the curative effect of using mailuoning combined with regular western medication in treating chronic pulmonary heart failure patients. Methods A total of 82 cases were randomly divided into two groups: the Chinese-Western medicine group of 40 cases and western medicine only group of 42 cases. The curative effects of the two groups were compared and studied Results The curative effect in the Chinese-Western medicine group was better than the western medicine only group (P 0.05) and the former had better improvement in specific viscosity of whole blood in hemerheology that the latter (P0.05). Conclusion Mailuoning has curative effect in improving myocardial contractive ability and correct heart failure function.
