Clinical Observation on Treatment of Heart Failure in Pulmonary Heart Disease with Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy combined Chinese and western medicine for the heart failure in pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 80 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups, in which treatment of the Danhong injection combined with western medicine was used in the therapeutic group and western medicine only in control group, and the therapeutic course was 14 days. Results:The total effective rate in the therapeutic group (95%) was higher than that in the control group(77.5%, P0.05). And the improvement of clinical symptoms and the index of blood rheology were better in the therapeutic greoup than that in the control(P0.01 or P0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese combined with western medicine for heart failure in pulmonary heart disease is more effective.
