Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of using mailuoning combined with regular western medicine in treating chronic pulmonary heart failure patients.Methods The 73 cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of 36 cases and the comparison group of 37 cases.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effect in the treatment group was better than the comparison group(P0.05)and the former had better improvement in specific viscosity of whiole blood in hemerheology than the latter(P0.05).Conclusion Mailuoning has curative effect in improving myocaydial contractive ability and in improving heart failure functions.
