Abstract

In this paper,the permanent magnet linear servo motor(PMLSM) is used as the machine tool servo system in order to achieve continuous production with high speed and high precision.In view of the introduction of the non-linear motor,parameter uncertainty and rapid positioning requirements of the servo system,a new method of position control,the adaptive fuzzy position control based on ITAE online optimization,is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed method has better steady position accuracy and dynamic response in comparison with the traditional PID method of the servo control system,and that the fuzzy position controller has good dynamic and static performance and robustness.
