Abstract
Four kinds of subfanilic acid substances in environmental water were separated and analyzed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography.Their recoveries range from 93.3% to 97.5% with the relative standard deviations of 1.1%~2.4%.The detection limits of aniline-2-sulfonic acid,metanilic acid,sulfanilic acid and 1,4-phenylenediamine-2-sulfonic acid were 0.5,0.5,0.2,and 0.8 mg/kg,respectively.The developed method is simple and fast,and it can be used to detect sulfanilic acid substances in environmental water.
