Clinical Observation on Modified Wendan Decoction in Treating Climacteric Syndrome

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:80 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by Wendan Decoction and control group in which 40 cases were treated by diazepam tablet.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5% for the treatment group and 77.5% for the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The conclusions shows that Modified Wendan Decoction has significant effect on treating climacteric syndrome.
