Abstract

This paper gives analysis and summary on characteristics and trends of curriculum reform in new century,and then proposes the new role expectations on new curriculum reform for teachers,it means that the teachers to be the makers and leaders for curriculum,and the intermediaries for curriculum reform.If the teachers want to take from this series of new role,they have to increase energy,and build up a new paradigm of teacher development with school-based.
