Abstract

A method of economic growth sector factors Analysis is introduced and it divides the growth of GDP into ten parts, which have economic meaning separately: the economic growth contribution of the change of the labor distribution structure; the contribution of the change of the total labor input; the contribution of the change of one worker's average output; the contribution of the change of the capital distribution structure; the contribution of the change of the total capital input; the contribution of the change of the average output per unit of capital, etc. And then we analyze China's data of 1990-2000 and know that during this period there are three main factors influencing Chinese economic growth: the increase of capital input which contributes 45.5%, the increase of the output per labor which contributes 40.2%, the increase of the output per unit of capital which contributes 15.8%
