Abstract

Along with the development of global economic integration and gradual increment of EPC projects in international project contracting market,the successful implementation and management of EPC projects became an important topic to be talked and studied by international engineering project contractors.The author analyzes and studies the major contents and issues of EPC project management in the paper for providing references by all similar projects.
