Abstract

Based on the EPC engineering practice of slime water treatment project in Gongmen Vietnam, the commissioning management of EPC project was summarized and analyzed,from the aspect of personnel training,system debugging,technical operations,performance measurement,and commercial operation transfer etc.,in order to discuss and propose the method to improve the commissioning management in international project.
