Abstract

This paper summarized the meaning of EPC general contract project mode,elaborated the important position and role of project design in the international EPC project construction management,and taking the international EPC general contract project as an example,presented the design management countermeasure of international EPC project general contract,strive to provide beneficial reference for the international EPC project general contractor.
