Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of sevoflurane-remifentanyl combined anesthesia in oral operation of pediatric patients.Methods:60 pediatric patients were randomly divided into sevoflurane group(n=30) and isoflurane group(n=30).The induction and extubation times were recorded.Nausea,vomiting,restlessness,laryngospasm,bronchiospasm were observed.Results:The induction time of sevoflurane group was longer than that of isoflurane group,but the extubation time of sevoflurane group was significantly shorter than that of isoflurane group(P0.05).The difference of the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting was no statistically significant between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was stable and quick and could shorten the analepsia and extubation timesand apply to oral operation of pediatric patients.
