Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Iithotripsy Treatment of Ureteral Calculi clinical Effect Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the use of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral calculi clinical efficacy.Methods Select the hospital from 2011October to 2012February treated 62 cases of ureteral calculi patients,a total of 71ipsilateral ureteral stones,all be ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment.Results The 62 cases a total of 71patients with ureteral calculi a side operation success rate is 91.55%(65/71),wherein the upper segment of ureter stone with a success rate of 81.8%(18/22),in the middle of 93.3%(14/15),under paragraph96%(24/25).the incidence of complication was 7.04%(5/71);stone6 cases failed.Conclusion Ureteroscopic air pressure ballistic lithotripsy for ureteral stones treatment has a high success rate,safety advantages of rapid,can be used as the preferred method of treatment for use.
