Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of prenatal health education for community pregnant women.Methods:Select the pregnant women 16 weeks of pregnancy in the hospital check and giving birth and randomcy divided into two groups,observation group 500 cases were carry out health education;control group 500 cases were given normal peri-delivery health.Then to observe and compare the two groups of pregnant women,delivery mode,delivery process,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia rate.Results:Observation group natural delivery rate high,short of labor,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia low,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal health education can improve the community pregnant women natural delivery rate,reduce the cesarean section,shorten labor,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia.
