Concience and the construction of global order

With the further development of the human interaction,one loose and close global community has emerged before us,whose ethical and legal order are being constructed.The whole order involves i- dentity of human basic values and conformity of cultural ideas,which should go beyond the restriction of paticular religious ideas or regional cultural ideas,how to find such concept is the key question.In some sense,Confucian concept of concience may be the fundermental rational idea.
