Thoughts on Establishing A New International Order that Is Fair and Rational

Establishing a new international political and economic order that is fair and rational is one of the objectives of China's diplomacy . This article puts forward ideas about some theoretical and practical issues concerning the establishment of a new international order. It emphasizes that establishing a new international order needs to firmly grasp several principles, such as ideal and reality, doing some things while leaving some other things undone, and totality and locality; and to proceed from actual conditions and promote the realization of the objectives by stages and by steps.
