Abstract

On the basis of traditional theory,the Concept Interest View of Constructivism creatively put forward a research idea that takes concept as the basic point and takes identity as the main line to discuss the issues of national interests. More importantly,it stands at the height of rational thinking,and calls on each country to act with united strength to build the international community. This idea deeply fits the essential connotation of international social standard idea.
