On Sheng Jia-ben's Thoughts of Law

Shen Jia-ben is one of the outstanding founers of China's modern science of law.During his thirty years legal practice,he accumulated profound traditional knoledge of law.Meanwhile,he was open to the world and he had unpretentiously learned about the western modern law theories.On the basis of these two aspects,he developed his own law thoughts,such as law theories,law research methods and law practice,which are different from China's ancient law thoughts.All these ideas which promoted the modernization of Chinese law changed the atomasphere of ignoring the scienct of law and law education among the intellectuals.\;
