Shen Jiaben is a famous jurist in modern times in China,his law ideology plays a very important part in modern history of China law ideology.He accepts the influence of Western bourgeoisie law viewpoint,esposes and criticizes the law system and viewpoint of extreme autocracy by the end of feudal society,and plays a positive role in development of China law and law ideology.
