Abstract

The design of a bandgap reference operating at a low supply voltage based on 0.18μm CMOS technology is proposed.Using non-linear temperature compensation technique, the bandgap reference has high temperature stability. The simulation results using Hspice show that when the minimum supply voltage of the circuit is 1.2V,the output voltage changes from 556.03mV to 556.26mV in the temperature range of-40~135℃ with the average temperature coefficient of 2.36ppm/℃.Meanwhile,power supply rejection ratio of the circuit can reach 90dB.
