Abstract
A bandgap reference voltage operating at an supply voltage of 1.0v is fabricated with 0.18um CMOS technology. Using resistence division and the high order temperature compensation technique, the bandgap reference has a temperature coefficient of 18ppm/°C, and a power supply rejection ratio of 62dB.
