EFFECT OF HUANGQI JIANZHONG DECOCTION ON VEGF EXPRESSION OF RATS WITH GASTRIC MUCOSAL LESION

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of huangqi jianzhong decoction on vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) expression of rats with gastric mucosal lesion and the change of morphology Methods:32rats were randomly divided into four groups,sham-operated,model,ranitidine and huangqi jianzhong decoction groups,each group contained 8 rats.Applying Okabe method to make model of gastric mucosal lesion,each group was given the corresponding medicine for 7 days,killing rats to measuring the gastric mucosal lesion by Guth method,VEGF protein expression of gastric mucosal was detected by immunohistochemical method,pathological changes was observed by HE staining.Results:The score of gastric mucosal lesion by Guth method in model group was obviously higher than that of normal group,which was decreased in each treatment group,that was obviously lower in huangqi jianzhong decoction group than that in ranitidine group.The VEGF protein expression of gastric mucosal in model group was less than that in normal group,that was obviously increased in huangqi jianzhong decoction and ranitidine groups.The pathological changes in huangqi jianzhong decoction and ranitidine groups were improved obviously.Conclusion:Huangqi jianzhong decoction can promote the expression of VEGF which is related with angiogenesis,improving microcirculation of gastric mucosal,repairing the gastric mucosal lesion.
