Abstract
Through extracting Total Flavanone of Polygonum aviculare L the micro scale chemical experiments(constant pressure separating funnel) compared with the traditional method(supersonic wave and apparatus),a new method based on the micro scale chemical experiments compared with the traditional method, the new method have the characteristics of less pollution, small sample volume and save time.Micri chemical experiments are good ones that are acceptable.Using spectrophotome try to extract and check the flavanone of polygonum aviculare L.Extracting Total Flavanone of Polygonum aviculare L the micro scale chemical experiments, measure sample in average content of the total flavonoid is 1.96%,average recovery rate is 101%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
