On Professionalizing Counselors in China's Universities and Colleges

Higher education development,the diverse problems of students,the current difficulty of traditional counselor system,and the special characteristics of counselor's position appeal to professionalize counselors in universities and colleges.The possible approaches to achieve such a goal include setting up relevant major,array counselors to the administrative rank of colleges and universities,readjusting the working system,and training counselors continually.
