Discussion on Problems of Research-Based Counselors Construction in Colleges and Universities

At present,research is an important part of counselors' responsibility.Research-based counselors construction is an inevitable trend of the development of college counselors.However,many factors such as long work hours and pressure restrict college counselors' scientific research.The paper proposes some suggestions on how to improve research-based counselor construction.
