On the Unstable Factors of Private Colleges and Universities Counselors Team

Counselors at private colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in strengthening ideological and political education of undergraduate students and maintaining the stability of the colleges.However,it is really comparatively prevalent at present that the counselor team does not stabilize,which is especially outstanding in private colleges and universities.Hence,combined with the actual situation of the private colleges and universities as well as its counselors and students,this thesis analyzes the main cause for unsteady structure of the counselor team,thus providing the prerequisites for effective problem solving.
