The Thinking is Caused by The Way of The Rural Surplus Transfer of Wushan of Gansu Province

In recent years,the transfer of the rural surplus labor has become a key problem in our country,especially the rural surplus transfer problem of these places like Wu Shan of GanSu province where land is least and people is most.This thesis is based on investigation and analysis about rural surplus transfer of WuShan,and raising some advices on how to improve the old labor transfer way which is according to farming profunditily development and local superiority natural resources exploit and the other way,increasing the digestion ablility for rural surplus labor,thereby construct a new model of surplus labor transfer.This discusses is not only about how to carry out the rural surplus labor transfer in Wu Shan of GanSu province,but also it refers some common problems in the rural surplus transfer of agricultural undeveloped area in our country,it will produces special meaning to these areas.
