China is a large agricultural country.The transfer of surplus rural labor has become an effective way to solve the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area.Shanxi is a populous province,and also a big agricultural province.The problems present in transfer of rural surplus labor seriously affected its social and economic development.So there was great significance for analyzing the situation,present problems and restrictive factors of rural labor transfer in Shanxi Province and putting forward the countermeasures to promoting the construction of new socialist countryside.
