Abstract
Ethyl acetate-extract of Euphorbia fischeriana was obtained by means of ethyl acetate extraction,and then extracted by various solvents in turn,such as ethylether,ethyl acetate and methanol,etc.The ethylether fraction was concentrated in vacuo to give a residue,which was subjected to silica gelcolumnchromatography,eluted with petroleum ether,ethyl ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and their mixtures.Four compounds were isolated.By using MS,IR and NMR analysis,the compounds were identified as 4,4,10,17-tetramethoxy-8,11,14-trihydroxy-α,β terpenes(Ⅰ),Jolkinolide A(Ⅱ),Jolkinolide B(Ⅲ),β-amyrin acetate(Ⅳ),respectively.Among them,compoundⅠ is firstly isolated from Euphorbia fischeriana.
